| Burt Epstein,
Vice President with John Hunsinger & Company, was a former Director and agent of Alan
Grayson Realty Company, Atlanta, Georgia - a major property management, leasing and sales
company in Atlanta and the Southeastern United States. He is
active in property development, sales and
leasebacks and general construction. He has constructed free standing buildings for
the BellSouth, Bausch & Lombe and other major companies around the country. As
President of Realty Contractors, he performed major renovations to commercial and
industrial properties along with tenant completion work in shopping malls and
commercial/industrial properties.
He has negotiated sales and leasebacks
with major companies in both the Atlanta area and major cities around the country.
Additionally, he performed construction and real estate consulting with Burt Epstein and
Associates, Inc.

Burt was born in Birmingham, Alabama

during WWII.
